The commercial cheese melter is an electric, wall-mounted appliance that measures 24 inches in length. It features a chrome-plated wire rack with four adjustable positions. The melter is equipped with infrared quartz heaters that provide 1200 watts of power per foot. It has a plate-activated instant off-on function and a constant heat setting. The exterior and interior of the melter are made of stainless steel, while the back is made of aluminized steel. The appliance comes with wall brackets for mounting and can be mounted on both walls and counters. It also includes a universal wall and counter mounting option, along with an optional bottom heat shield. The melter has a removable back panel for optional pass-through use. It is cULus and NSF certified. Additional options and accessories include a set of four 4-inch legs for countertop use and a heater guard (two required for the 48-inch model).
