The Kolpak KF7-610-CR Walk-In Cooler is a versatile indoor/outdoor remote unit with a smooth aluminum floor. It has a 26 ga. embossed galvalume interior and exterior, as well as a 2" dial thermometer for temperature control. The cooler is 90 inches tall, 70 inches wide, and 116 inches deep.

Installation of the Polar-Pak is simple and can be done without the need for a refrigeration technician or plumber. The corners, wall panels, and doors are easily assembled on the unit's floor, and the ceiling panels are lifted into place. The self-contained wall-mount refrigeration unit is then rolled up and fitted into place. The top mount system is shipped ready to fit into the appropriate ceiling panel and is lifted into position and bolted into place. Wiring the refrigeration system is as easy as attaching a pigtail and plugging it into the wall. No drain line is required for indoor installations, making it ideal for basements and upper-floor applications.

The Polar-Pak coolers and freezers are made with high-quality construction. The modular panels have 4" foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam for superior insulation. The exterior and interior are made of top-quality galvalume. The Polar-Pak also has superior air circulation around the coils, making it efficient to run.

The Polar-Pak has a self-evaporating compressor technology, eliminating the need for a plumber or plumbing equipment. The side-mounted unit compressor comes on casters for easy mobility. It also has innovative features such as a hot gas condensate evaporator, vapor-proof interior light, posi-loc panel fasteners, brushed chrome hinges and door handle with key lock, interior safety release, "super door" construction, coved corners on floor panels for easier cleaning, and heated air vents on freezers to eliminate vacuum and pressure build-up.

The Polar-Pak is flexible and can be used in various configurations. The side mount refrigeration systems can be set into any of the unit's wall panel locations. The unit coil is level with the ceiling, providing more storage area and preventing accidental damage to the fan.

The insulation of the Polar-Pak is superior to lower cost polystyrene insulation. The foamed-in-place urethane insulation used in Kolpak systems allows the unit to maintain temperature with less operating time, resulting in electrical savings and reduced wear and tear on the refrigeration system.
