The Titan Fire & Ice Refrigerated Commercial Chef Base is a self-contained unit measuring 114". It features six self-closing refrigerator drawers, each measuring 27-1/4". The drawers have a capacity of holding twelve pans measuring 12" x 20" x 6" deep (pans not included). The unit also includes face-mounted dial thermometers, a built-in condensate evaporator, and stainless steel 6" adjustable legs. It operates at 13.2 amps and is cETLus certified.
