The Titan Fire & Ice Refrigerated Commercial Chef Base is a self-contained unit that measures 84" in length. It features four self-closing drawers, each measuring 27-1/4" in size. The drawers have a capacity to hold eight pans measuring 12" x 20" x 6" deep (pans not included). The unit also includes face-mounted dial thermometers and a built-in condensate evaporator. It is equipped with stainless steel 6" adjustable legs and operates at 12.6 amps. The product is cETLus certified.
