The Titan Fire & Ice Refrigerated Commercial Chef Base is a 96" unit designed for remote refrigeration (refrigeration unit not included). It features six removable drawers measuring 27-1/4" each, with a capacity for twelve 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans not included). The unit also includes face-mounted dial thermometers for easy temperature monitoring. It has a stainless steel front face and sides, and comes with 6" adjustable legs. The unit operates at 3.2 amps and is cETLus certified.
