The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a modular cube ice maker from the Elevation Series. It has a water cooled condenser and can produce up to 994 lbs of ice every 24 hours, assuming ideal water and air temperatures. To produce 100 lbs of ice, it requires 140 gallons of water for cooling the condenser, 19 gallons of water to freeze into ice, and 4.1 kWh of power. This ice machine model is designed to use 208-230v/60/3-ph power at 8.5 amps. The ice produced by this machine is half-dice in size and is suitable for various cooling tasks, such as ice displays and serving with beverages. The Plastic Food Zone of this ice machine contains BPA-free parts that are easy to maintain without tools, thanks to their snap-together construction. These plastic parts are recyclable and dishwasher safe. Key components are coated with Agion® to prevent bacterial growth and the development of a strange taste in the ice. This protective coating also allows the ice machine to go for longer periods between cleanings. Standard features of the Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine include a space-saving design, the ability to produce up to 1035 lbs of ice per day, and a Universal Smart Harness™ control board that simplifies installation and servicing. The machine also has a unique dual exhaust system, which allows hot air to be discharged from both the side and top of the unit, increasing installation flexibility and reducing the risk of obstructed exhaust. In terms of energy efficiency, this ice machine is up to 20% more efficient than other models and exceeds the new 2018 DOE regulations. It is also environmentally friendly, with BPA-free plastic and recyclable parts. For sanitation purposes, the machine has simple one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling. The BPA-free components are dishwasher safe and can be easily snapped in and out. The built-in Agion® coating provides antimicrobial protection, and a smart LED light indicates the machine's status and when cleaning is required.
