For every 100 lbs of ice produced, this unit consumes 20 gallons of water and 6.69 kWh of power. It operates on a standard 115v/60/1-ph power configuration, requiring only 11.0 amps. The plastic food zone inside the unit is BPA Free and easy to clean. The parts can be easily snapped in and out without the need for tools and can be washed in a dishwasher.
