The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It is a water-cooled unit that can produce 586 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period. This was tested with a constant water temperature of 50°F and an ambient air temperature of 70°F. To produce 100 lbs of ice, this model requires 181 gallons of water to cool the condenser, 20 gallons of potable water to freeze into ice, and 4.7 kWh of power. The power configuration of this unit is 115v/60/1-ph at 17.4 amps. The interior parts of the ice machine are made from BPA-free plastic and are dishwasher safe. They can be easily snapped out and snapped back into place without the need for tools. The included Agion® technology helps prevent microbial growth. Maintenance and cleaning tasks can be easily done by removing the front panel of the device. Installation and service of the ice maker are made simple with the Universal Smart Harness™, which provides digital diagnostics for easy troubleshooting.
