This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It is a water-cooled ice machine that can produce 316 lbs of ice per day. The ice produced by this machine measures 7/8" x 3/8" x 7/8". The water-cooled condenser unit uses 179 gallons of water for every 100 lbs of ice produced, along with 5.19 kWh of power and 20 gallons of potable water. This unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph power at 10.7 amps. The Plastic Food Zone parts of this ice machine are made of BPA-free plastic, which is dishwasher safe and can be easily disassembled without the need for tools. The internal parts of the machine are treated with Agion®, allowing for extended periods without cleaning without affecting the taste of the ice. The interior of the machine can be accessed by removing the front panel, making it convenient for cleaning and servicing without having to move the entire machine.
