The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It has the capacity to produce 932 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period, with air and water temperatures of 70°F and 50°F respectively. This self-contained air-cooled ice machine is designed to produce full-size ice cubes measuring 7/8 inch in every dimension. To produce 100 lbs of ice, it requires 19 gallons of water and 5.1 kWh of power. The unit is powered by 208-230v/60/1-ph and draws 12.2 amps of current. The BPA-free Plastic Food Zone of this ice machine is made up of snap-apart parts that are easy to maintain and can be serviced without tools. These plastic parts are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. The Agion® technology inside the unit prevents bacterial and microbial growth, ensuring that the ice produced does not have a foul taste. The front panel of the unit is easily removable, making maintenance and cleaning a breeze. The ice machine has a dual exhaust system, allowing either the top or right side of the unit to be obstructed without affecting the airflow. Standard features of the Ice-O-Matic Air Cooled Ice Machines include crystal-clear ice production, a space-saving design measuring 30.25" wide, and the ability to produce up to 1035 lbs of ice per day. The Universal Smart Harness™ control board simplifies installation and servicing, while the dual exhaust system increases installation flexibility. In terms of sanitation, the ice machine has one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling, BPA-free dishwasher-safe components, built-in Agion® antimicrobial protection, and a smart LED light that indicates machine status and cleaning requirements.
