The Hobart 6460-2 vegetable peeler is a high-capacity commercial peeler that can peel 50-60 lbs of potatoes and other root vegetables in just 1-3 minutes. It is equipped with an abrasive silicon-carbide disc for efficient peeling. The peeler is made of durable welded stainless steel construction and features a removable Lexan liner for easy cleaning.
