The Hobart 6115-11 vegetable peeler is a portable unit that can peel 15-20 lbs of potatoes in just 1-3 minutes. It uses an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc for efficient peeling. This peeler comes with a synchronous timer that can be adjusted from 1/2 minute to 5 minutes, a double V-belt drive, a stainless steel peel trap, and a Lexan liner.
