The Hobart 6115-1 vegetable peeler is a portable unit that can peel 15-20 lbs of potatoes in just 1-3 minutes. It uses an abrasive silicon-carbide disc for efficient peeling. This peeler comes with a synchronous timer that can be adjusted from 1/2 minute to 5 minutes. It has a double V-belt drive, a stainless steel peel trap, and a Lexan liner. The peeler is made of welded stainless steel and has a rear-mounted water inlet. It is powered by a 1/3 HP motor and requires a 115v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
