Hatco's Built-In Full-Size Insulated UR and C-UR Heated Wells are designed with UL components to keep hot food products at safe serving temperatures. These heated wells also provide fabricators with the flexibility to create their own steam tables. The durable construction ensures that Hatco Heated Wells can withstand the demands of commercial use. These heated wells are available with or without drains and offer thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation. They feature EZ locking hardware for easy installation and come in low, standard, and high watt options. The wells are designed without conduit and control box enclosures for convenience. Service access to heating elements and thermostats is made easy, and mounting kits are available for combustible or thicker countertops. Accessory adapters are also provided to convert full-size wells to hold round pans. The rectangular full-size insulated heated well can be mounted on top or bottom. It is constructed with thicker stainless steel and solid brazed joints for enhanced durability. The drain is 50% larger and equipped with a flat screen for easy cleaning and to keep pans level. The thermostat controls are superior, accurately reading the actual temperature of the well and adding heat only when necessary. The wells are fully insulated on the sides and bottom, ensuring better heat retention and cooler surrounding surfaces for customer safety. The thermostatic controls feature a separate lighted ON/OFF switch and temperature dial, allowing for easy maintenance of preset temperatures. Various accessories are available, including rectangular full-size stainless steel food pans in different heights, round food pans in different capacities, hinged lids and notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets in full-size and half-size, adapters to convert warmers to hold round pans, support bars in different lengths, and mounting kits for thicker or combustible countertops. Additionally, there are valves and a heated well remote handle available for units with drains.
