This heated well provides flexibility and quality, with options such as EZ locking hardware for quick installation and the ability to be used for both wet or dry operation. It also has easy service access to heating elements and thermostats. The unit is available in different sizes, including 4-, 7-, and 11-quart round wells. It has a self-adjusting thermostat that reads the actual temperatures and adds heat only when needed, ensuring that steam table food stays hot and fresh. Additional features include a 50% larger drain with a flat screen for easy cleaning and level pan holding, as well as controls with a separate lighted ON/OFF rocker switch and temperature dial for maintaining preset temperatures. Options available at the time of purchase include a control box assembly, WM control, compact with bezel, ITC electronic control, and larger recessed thermostatic. The unit also comes in different designer colors for the control box bezel. Accessories for the heated well include round pans in different sizes, notched lids, hinged lids, and units with drains. There are also mounting kits available for thick countertops and combustible countertops.
