The Built-In Heated Well is a rectangular, full-size pan with a drain and insulation. It is constructed with stainless steel and aluminized materials and is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified.
Some of its standard features include a remote thermostat with a separate power switch, a larger drain with a flat drain screen, consistent holding temperatures, easy-to-service design for quick component changes, and heavy stainless steel construction.
The well also has EZ locking hardware for easy installation, options for low, standard, or high wattage, and can be mounted on the top or bottom. It is compatible with accessory mounting kits for combustible countertops and can be converted to hold round pans with adapter kits.
The well is fully insulated on the sides and bottom for better heat retention and customer safety. It has a separate lighted ON/OFF rocker switch and temperature dial for easy operation.
Optional accessories include mounting brackets, additional power supply lead wire, control boxes with different thermostat options, and control box bezels in various designer colors.
There are also various stainless steel food pans, round food pans, hinged and notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets, adapters to convert warmers to hold round pans, mounting kits, support bars, and valves available as accessories.
