The Fabricator component of the Hatco Built-In Heated Well is a rectangular, insulated, bottom-mounted unit with a drain. It features a full-size pan and thermostatic controls with a lit rocker switch and leads. The construction is made of stainless steel and it has a high wattage of 1650 watts. The product is cURus certified. The standard features of the Hatco Built-In Full-Size Insulated UR and C-UR Heated Wells include the ability to hold hot food products at safe serving temperatures and the flexibility for fabricators to design their own steam tables. The construction is rugged and of high quality, ensuring durability for commercial use. The heated well is available with or without drains and offers thermostatic controls. It also has EZ locking hardware for quick installation and easy service access to heating elements and thermostats. Mounting kits for combustible or thicker countertops are available, as well as accessory adapters to convert full-size wells to hold round pans. The rectangular full-size insulated heated well can be mounted on top or bottom. It features thicker stainless steel construction and solid brazed joints for durability. The drain is 50% larger with a flat screen for easy cleaning and to hold pans level. The well is fully insulated on the sides and bottom for better heat retention and cooler surrounding surfaces for customer safety. The thermostatic controls have a separate lighted ON/OFF switch and temperature dial for maintaining preset temperatures. Accessories for the heated well include rectangular full-size stainless steel food pans in various heights, round food pans in different sizes, hinged and notched lids for round pans, stainless steel wire trivets in full-size and half-size, adapters to convert warmers to hold round pans, support bars in 12" and 20" lengths, and mounting kits for thicker or combustible countertops. Additionally, there are ball and gate valves for units with drains, as well as a heated well remote handle for ¾" drains (requires a ball or gate valve).
