The Drop-In Heated Well is a rectangular, non-insulated component that is top mounted and made of stainless steel construction. It can hold four 1/3 size pans and is equipped with an infinite switch control, pilot light, and leads. This high watt component is cURus certified.
Hatco's Drop-In Round Heated Wells are designed for fabricators who want to create a customized steam table layout. They are easy to install and service, and offer choices in terms of control, size, drain, voltage, and wattage. The durable construction ensures that these Heated Wells can withstand the demands of commercial use.
These Heated Wells can be purchased with or without a drain, and are available with thermostatic or infinite controls. They come with EZ locking hardware for quick installation and do not require a conduit or control box enclosure. Mounting kits are also available for combustible countertops.
The Standard or High Watt options are available for the 4-quart (4-liter) size only. The Drop-In Round Wells are available in 4-, 7-, and 11-quart (4-, 7-, and 10-liter) sizes. The thermostatic controls feature a separate lighted ON/OFF switch and temperature dial, allowing for easy temperature adjustment and maintenance.
Additional options, such as an additional power supply lead wire, can be added at the time of purchase for "RN" (Infinite Control) Components.
Accessories for the Heated Wells include round pans in various sizes (4-quart, 7-quart, and 11-quart), notched lids in the same sizes, and hinged lids in the same sizes. Mounting kits are also available for thicker or combustible countertops. For units with drains, a ¾" ball valve or gate valve can be added, and a heated well remote handle is available for ¾" drains (requires a ball or gate valve).
