The Drop-In Heated Well is a round, non-insulated component designed for fabricators who want to create a customized steam table layout. It is easy to install and service, and comes with options for control, size, drain, voltage, and wattage. The stainless steel construction ensures durability for commercial use. This heated well is available with or without a drain and offers thermostatic or infinite controls. It features EZ locking hardware for quick installation and does not require a conduit or control box enclosure. Mounting kits are available for combustible countertops. The standard version is available in 4-, 7-, and 11-quart sizes, while the high watt version is only available in 4-quart size. The thermostatic controls have a separate lighted ON/OFF switch and temperature dial for easy temperature adjustment. Additional options include extra power supply lead wire in 1' increments for infinite control components. Accessories such as round pans, notched lids, hinged lids, and mounting kits for thicker or combustible countertops are also available. For units with drains, a ¾" ball valve or gate valve can be added, and a heated well remote handle is available for ¾" drains (requires a ball or gate valve).
