The Glo-Ray® Heated Stone Shelf is a portable shelf that measures 36" x 18" x 2-1/2" and has a temperature range of 100-200°F. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This shelf is made in the USA. The shelf is made of food-safe materials and comes in three decorative stone colors. It is designed to safely hold food hot while blending in with your décor, making it ideal for buffet lines or hors d'oeuvre displays. There are two options available for this shelf: portable or built-in models. Both models are constructed with approved food-safe materials and have an adjustable thermostatically-controlled heated base. The portable model comes with a 6' cord and plug, which are located on the side, center of the base. The built-in model includes a control box with a 3' conduit between the heated shelf and the control box, as well as a 6' cord and plug. The shelf features a blanket-type foil element that creates uniform heat across the entire simulated stone surface. The portable models come with rubber feet, while the built-in models have 4" legs. The built-in models also include a control box with a flush mount thermostatic control box with a lighted power switch. Please note that the simulated stone material can cause heat damage to the counter, and Hatco is not responsible for any damage caused by the warmer. There are several options available for this shelf, including different colors for the simulated stone shelf and the flush mount control bezel box. There are also options for adjustable legs, different colors for the control bezel box, a recessed top, and different lengths of conduit. These options are only available at the time of purchase.
