The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 24 rods and a pass-thru design. It features two forward-slanted shelves and is made of stainless/aluminum construction. The warmer is 60" long and has a power of 3340 watts. It comes with 4" legs and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The product is made in the USA.
The warmer is designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of food. The slanted shelves make it convenient for self-service.
The heated base has a temperature range of 185°- 200°F (85°- 93°C). The warmer also features coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss.
For installation, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs. The standard units come with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are various options available at the time of purchase, including different designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Customers can also choose to add a 5" sneeze guard on the customer side, a display sign holder, a flip-up door locking plate, LED indicating temperature control, or stainless steel end panels instead of glass end panels. Halogen bulbs can be used instead of the standard display lights, but they are not available for export voltages.
Accessories for the warmer include adjustable legs, plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side (not compatible with sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional stainless steel divider rods.
