The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 15 rods and a pass-thru design. It features three tier, forward-slanted shelves and is made of stainless/aluminum construction. The warmer is 24" long and has a power of 2015 watts. It comes with 4" legs and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The product is made in the USA.
The warmer is designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food. The slanted shelves are convenient for self-service, and the coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting the food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs., the warmer is required to be either sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs, as per NSF regulations. The standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are several options available at the time of purchase, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. A 5" sneeze guard is available for the customer side only, with different sizes ranging from 24" to 60" models. A display sign holder is also available in matching unit colors for the top or intermediate shelf, with sizes ranging from 24" to 60" models.
Additional options include a flip-up door locking plate, LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels instead of glass end panels, and a halogen bulb (60 watt) instead of the standard display light (not available for export voltages).
Accessories for the warmer include 4" adjustable legs (standard on models GRSDS-36 and larger, and all dual models), plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side (not compatible with optional sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional stainless steel divider rods.
