The Designer Slant Display Warmer is a free-standing unit with one shelf and eight rods. It features an adjustable thermostat, incandescent light, hardcoat aluminum base, tempered glass end panels, designer panels, and corner caps. The warmer has 4" legs and a power of 1490 watts. It is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The product is made in the USA.
The Glo-Ray® Designer Slant Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base. This extends the holding times of most food items and allows for self-serve convenience and kitchen-to-server efficiency.
The shelves are slanted for easy self-service. The thermostatically-controlled heated base has a temperature range of 185°- 200°F (85°- 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The models have pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
Units over 36" (914 mm) in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. (36 kg) are required by NSF to be either sealed to the installation surface or raised with the 4" (102 mm) legs included. The standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" (102 mm legs), and a 6' (1829 mm) cord with plug.
Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Designer inset panel colors include navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Additional options include a 5" (127 mm) sneeze guard on the customer side, plexi-glass flip-up doors (split-door on models G2SDS-48 and larger), indicating temperature control (LED), dark gray corner caps, and a halogen bulb in lieu of the standard display light.
Accessories for the warmer include stainless steel rods and a flip-up control cover.
