Introducing the Glo-Ray® Drop In Heated Shelf with Recessed Top, measuring 73-1/2" x 17". This heated shelf features a 1/2" deep recessed surface area and a hardcoat aluminum top. It comes with a control thermostat, illuminated on/off switch, and mounting bracket. It is NSF, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and CSA certified.
The Glo-Ray® Drop In Heated Shelf is designed to add heat to your serving surface. It has a recessed top with a .5" (13 mm) depth and a hardcoated aluminum surface for uniform heat distribution. The blanket-type element ensures that your food stays warm for longer periods of time. The fiberglass insulation keeps the heat at the holding surface, while the built-in adjustable thermostat allows you to control the surface temperature.
This heated shelf also comes with a thermostatically-controlled heated base and a 36" (914 mm) flexible conduit for power lines. The standard controller includes an infinite switch, a lighted rocker switch, and mounting brackets. The shelf has a .75" (19 mm) flanged edge that allows it to fit into a countertop opening. It is recommended for use in metallic counters, but for other surfaces, please verify that the material can withstand temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).
The GRSB models are available in widths ranging from 24" to 72" (610-1829 mm) and depths of 15.5", 19.5", or 30" (394, 495, or 762 mm). They feature a blanket-type element. Please note that models with a flush mount recessed electronic control box are not CE approved, and non-standard colors are non-returnable. Hatco is not responsible for any counter damage caused by the heat from the warmer.
Optional features include designer colors for the flush mount control bezel box, such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Conduit options are also available, including a 6' (1829 mm) or 10' (3048 mm) conduit in lieu of the standard 3' (914 mm) length.
