The Glo-Ray® Heated Display Case is a countertop unit with a see-thru design. It features a single shelf that can hold up to four pans. The display case has 4" legs and a power output of 1785 watts. It is cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The heated display case is designed to keep hot food at its optimal taste and temperature for longer periods of time. It uses an exclusive infrared heat pattern and a heated base to achieve this. The base is thermostatically controlled and conducts heat from below, while a metal sheathed element directs heat from above. The cool base construction minimizes heat transfer to the exterior, keeping it cool to the touch. The Dual Shelf model has an additional upper holding and display area with independent temperature control. All models come with adjustable legs, a 6' cord and plug, and a pan rail. The infrared top heat is pre-focused to direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest. The display case also features shatter-resistant incandescent lights to enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. The display case is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, with full view tempered glass sides and rollerless sliding doors on one side. It is available in different designer colors, including black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Optional features include a pan skirt on the bottom shelf (standard on humidified models), pan skirts for the upper shelf, sliding doors or flip-up doors in lieu of fixed glass customer panels, mirrored glass sliding doors in lieu of rear sliding doors, halogen bulbs in lieu of standard display lights, and flip-up doors on the control side in lieu of glass sliding doors.
