The temperature can be adjusted from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the relative humidity can be adjusted from 10 to 30 percent. The interior of the display case is made of stainless steel, while the panels are made of tempered glass, allowing for a clear view of the contents. The front glass is hinged and can tilt forward for easy cleaning. The unit also has infrared heating at the top to prevent heat loss. It comes with a set of 4" adjustable legs.
