The Glo-Ray® Buffet Warmer is a countertop unit designed for buffet-style serving. It features five bulbs and can hold up to five 12" x 20" pans. The unit has a heated base and comes with 4" legs. It is NSF, cUL, and UL certified. The buffet warmer is ideal for keeping hot food at the right temperature on buffet lines or temporary serving areas. It is available in widths ranging from 25" to 78.25" and comes in seven optional designer powder-coated colors. The metal sheathed element directs heat from above, while the thermostatically-controlled heated base conducts heat from below. The buffet warmer includes a 6' cord and plug set. It also features sturdy plexi-glass sneeze guards for added safety. The metal sheathed elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakage for two years. The thermostatically-controlled heated base has a temperature range of 80°F to 200°F. The pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. The shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors, acrylic front enclosure, plexi-glass side enclosures, infinite control for top heat, and different sizes of sneeze guards. Accessories such as adjustable legs, pan rails, trivets, and stainless steel food holding pans are also available.
