The Designer Horizontal Display Warmer is a free-standing unit with one shelf and five rods. It features a thermostat, incandescent light, hardcoat aluminum base, tempered glass end panels, designer panels, and corner caps. The warmer has a power of 820 watts and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. It is made in the USA.
The warmer is specifically designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures while adding style and color to your setting. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food items. This allows for self-serve convenience and efficient kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hard-coated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The models have pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety and compliance with NSF standards, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be either sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs.
Standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors, designer inset panel colors, a 5" sneeze guard, plexi-glass flip-up doors, indicating temperature control (LED), dark gray corner caps, a halogen bulb instead of the standard display light, and front glass in lieu of channel dividers and divider rods (cannot be used with sneeze guards or flip-up doors).
Accessories for the warmer include stainless steel rods and a flip-up control cover.
