The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with 10 rods and a pass-thru design. It features a forward slanted shelf and is constructed with stainless steel and aluminum. The warmer is 52" long and has a power of 1400 watts. It comes with 4" legs and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The product is made in the USA. The warmer is designed to hold hot wrapped or boxed food products at proper serving temperatures. It has pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food items. The slanted shelves make it convenient for self-service. The heated base has a temperature range of 185°- 200°F (85°- 93°C). The warmer also features coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display and protect food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface to minimize heat loss. For safety and compliance with NSF standards, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs. The standard package includes tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug. Optional features available at the time of purchase include designer colors, a sneeze guard, a display sign holder, a flip-up door locking plate, LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels, and a halogen bulb.
