The Flav-R-Savor® Holding Cabinet is a mobile heated cabinet that is thermostatically-controlled for precise temperature control. It features electrical components and a water reservoir for added convenience. The cabinet is insulated and has one door with a digital temperature readout. It also has adjustable humidity and temperature settings. The cabinet comes with seven adjustable removable slides that can accommodate either 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans. The slides are spaced 1-3/8" apart. The cabinet is mounted on casters for easy mobility. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. The cabinet is proudly made in the USA. Some of the standard features of the Flav-R-Savor® Holding Cabinet include an electronic thermostatically controlled heat and humidity system, which allows food to be prepared in advance of peak serving periods. The cabinet can accommodate Gastronorm pans. The door can be easily converted from left-hand door hinge to right-hand door hinge. The cabinet has an electronic control with a digital readout, and the temperature range is from 80°F to 200°F (27°C to 93°C). The interior of the cabinet is made of stainless steel, and there is no contact between the heating element and water, making it easy to clean. The lower temperature range of 80°F to 100°F (27°C to 38°C) allows for proofing breads. The electrical components, controls, and digital temperature readout are located at the top of the cabinet for easy access. The cabinet is also available in Energy Star models. The Flav-R-Savor® Holding Cabinet comes standard with 4" diameter casters, adjustable rack slides, a one-gallon water chamber, and a 6' cord and plug. There are also various options available at the time of purchase, such as different colors for the side panels and top, stacking hardware for multiple units, stainless steel legs instead of casters, a glass door instead of a stainless steel door, low profile casters, bumper hardware, and a platform for mounting the cabinet directly on a counter. Additionally, there are accessories available for purchase after the initial purchase, such as food pans and extra pan slides.
