The Hatco FSHC-17W1D is a large food holding cabinet that can hold and transport 17 sheet pans or up to 34 steam table pans. It is made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean and durable. The cabinet has two Lexan doors with a Dutch design, allowing separate top and bottom access. The doors have a magnetic latch and a gasket to prevent air leakage and maintain optimal performance. The cabinet can reach temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as 80 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suitable for dough-proofing.
