The Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain Heated Display Cabinet is a counter model that features (2) tier slides for 1/2 size sheet pans. It utilizes humidified heat and has an auto-fill water reservoir. With a power of 2950w, this cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as ANSI/NSF 4 compliant. It is proudly made in the USA. This patented cabinet from Hatco effectively and safely holds hot food without the need for doors, allowing easy access to the product. The front of the cabinet emits warm air that is forced downward through ducts above the opening, creating a heated air curtain. Some of the heated air is drawn towards the back through special perforations on the back wall, ensuring that each pan is warmed evenly. This makes it perfect for holding wrapped products like tortillas, burritos, and ribs, as well as items on sheet pans such as biscuits, chicken, hamburger patties, pizza, and baked potatoes. The holding temperatures range from 80°F to 175°F (27°C to 79°C). The cabinet can hold half-size sheet pans, with one per shelf in standard units. The 2-pan pass-through model can accommodate two full-size sheet pans. You can choose from 2-pan and 3-pan units, with single opening or pass-through options. Additionally, you can opt for models with or without humidity. The humidified models can be filled manually or with the convenient auto-fill feature. The cabinet comes with 4" (102 mm) legs, which are standard on 3-tier models.
