The Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain Heated Display Pass-Thru Cabinet is a counter model that features four tier slides for full size sheet pans. It has a power of 3389w and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. It is also ANSI/NSF 4 certified and proudly made in the USA. This heated display cabinet utilizes the patented Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Heated Air Curtain technology to effectively and safely hold hot food without the need for doors. It allows for immediate access to the product. The FS2HAC-2PT and FS2HAC-4PT models have warm air at the front and back of the cabinet, which is forced downward through the ducts above the opening, creating a "curtain" of heated air. Some of the heated air is drawn towards the center and sides of the cabinet, ensuring even warming of each pan. On the other hand, the FS2HAC-30 model has warm air forced downward through the ducts above the openings, forming a "curtain" of heated air. Some of the heated air is drawn towards the back of the cabinet, ensuring even warming of each pan. The holding temperatures range from 80°F to 200°F (27°C to 93°C). One of the key features of this cabinet is its doorless design, which allows for easy access to food products from both sides (FS2HAC-2PT and FS2HAC-4PT models only). The patented air baffle and duct design ensures consistent temperature and peak product holding on each pan. The FS2HAC-30 model also comes with an accessory rack that can accommodate twelve third-size high-heat pans with a depth of 2.5" (64 mm) or four third-size high-heat pans with a depth of 2.5" (64 mm) on top and four third-size high-heat pans with a depth of 6" (152 mm) on the bottom. The FS2HAC-2PT and FS2HAC-4PT models are four-tiered units that can accommodate four full-size sheet pans or eight half-size sheet pans. The two-tiered unit can accommodate two full-size sheet pans or four half-size sheet pans.
