The Hatco FSHAC-3 countertop heated display cabinet is a compact and reliable food holding solution. It features three tier slides that can accommodate half-size sheet pans, allowing you to display a variety of food products. The cabinet is constructed with a powder-coated steel housing and a stainless steel front panel, ensuring durability and a sleek appearance. Unlike cabinets with doors, this unit utilizes air curtain technology to heat the food. Metal-sheathed heating elements located above the opening release hot air that is distributed throughout the cabinet, providing even heating. The back wall of the cabinet is perforated to enhance airflow. The temperature can be adjusted from 80 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital controls, and the current temperature is displayed on the digital readout. The unit can be easily turned on and off with the power rocker switch. The cabinet comes with 4" legs and meets safety standards set by cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4. It is proudly made in the USA and includes a 6' cord and plug.
