The Decorative Carving Station is equipped with a single heat lamp, including a clear bulb. It has a telescoping clearance of 14" - 26" from the bottom of the shade to the top of the cutting board. The shade can pivot up to 30°. The heated Swanstone® base has thermostatic control and comes with one 26" diameter cutting board with meat juice containment. The finish can be specified. It is cULus, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4 certified, and made in the USA. The standard features of this carving station include providing proper food serving temperatures. It combines the Hatco Decorative Heat Lamp with the Swanstone® Heated Base to create an attractive carving display. It is suitable for chef stations in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, casinos, and catered events. The carving station comes with a clear coated, 250 watt bulb and a 6' cord and plug attached. The DCS400-1 model includes a black base for stability and to minimize the risk of tipping. The DCS400-1CM model is designed to be permanently mounted to a counter or stable shelf. The heated stone bases, post bases, and cutting boards are made of food-safe materials. The Swanstone cutting board matches the color of the base, except for the DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM models. The patented telescoping adjustable post allows for a 30° pivot to direct the heat and light where it is needed. The carving station is available as a Post Mount, Counter Mount, or Freestanding with a round or rectangular heated stone base. The sneeze guard is positioned 5" above the base for easy accessibility, except for the DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM models. The heated base is controlled by an adjustable thermostat and power switch, except for the DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM models. The height of the carving station can be adjusted from the bottom of the lamp to the top of the cutting board. It is 16" to 28" for the DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM models, and 14" to 26" for the DCSB400-R24-1, -2420-1, and -3624-2 models.
