The Decorative Carving Station is equipped with two heat lamps (clear bulbs included) and a telescoping clearance that can be adjusted from 14" to 26" (bottom of shade to top of cutting board). The shade can pivot up to 30° for optimal positioning. The station also features a heated Swanstone® base with thermostatic control and comes with a 36"x24" cutting board with meat juice containment. The finish can be specified and the product is cULus, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4 certified, and Made in the USA. The station is designed to provide proper food serving temperatures and is ideal for chef stations in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, casinos, and catered events. It includes a clear coated, 250 watt bulb(s) and comes with a 6' cord and plug attached. The DCS400-1 model includes a black base for stability and to minimize the risk of tipping, while the DCS400-1CM model is designed for permanent mounting. The heated stone bases, post bases, and cutting boards are made of foodsafe materials. The Swanstone cutting board matches the color of the base (excluding DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM). The station features a patented telescoping adjustable post that can pivot up to 30° to direct the heat and light where it is needed. It is available as a Post Mount, Counter Mount, or Freestanding option with a round or rectangular heated stone base. The sneeze guard is positioned 5" above the base for easy accessibility (excluding DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM). The heated base is controlled by an adjustable thermostat and power switch (excluding DCS400-1 and DCS400-1CM). The height of the station can be adjusted based on the model. Optional finishes for the post and lamp shades include Bright Brass, Antique Bronze, and Bright Nickel (standard). The heated stone base, trim ring (DCS400-1CM only), and cutting board are available in Gray Granite, Bermuda Sand, and Night Sky (standard). Accessories for the station include a coated Red Bulb, 250 Watt (clear coat is standard).
