The Kettle Cabinet Assembly features a Direct Steam Kettle with two 20 quart kettles. The kettles have a hand tilt mechanism with a support arm and a 2/3 jacket. They are mounted on a 36" stainless steel cabinet with removable doors. The cabinet also includes a 5" wide drain trough, swing faucet, and steam trap. The entire assembly is made of stainless steel and is UL and NSF certified.
