The Kettle Cabinet Assembly includes a Direct Steam Kettle with a 20 quart kettle and a 40 quart kettle. The kettles are hand tilt with a support arm and have a 2/3 jacket. They are mounted on a 48" stainless steel table with a 5" wide drain trough. The assembly also includes a removable sliding dump tray, swing faucet, and steam trap. It is made of stainless steel construction and is NSF certified.
