The CM22 Chefmate™ Meat Chopper is a powerful and durable 1.5 HP model that can process up to 450 lbs of meat per hour. It features a direct gear-drive transmission mounted on ball bearings, with permanent grease-lubricated gearboxes that allow the worms to reach 170 RPM for optimal performance and extended service life. In case of any issues while processing meat, operators have the option to use the forward and reverse switch to quickly address them. Despite its compact size, this meat chopper is easy to add to a busy kitchen, and its seamless construction makes it extremely easy to clean. It comes with multiple accessories, including a knife, a ¼” plate, a 5/16” plate, a plastic food pusher, a stainless steel product tray, and a stuffing tube (requires a stuffing plate, which is not included). The unit is powered by standard 115v/60/1-ph power and pulls 11.0 amps of current at full load. It comes with a 6 ft. long power cable that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug.
