The CM12 Chefmate™ Meat Chopper from Globe is a compact and durable commercial meat chopper. With a 1 HP motor, it has an hourly capacity of 250 lbs of meat. The high-torque motor directly drives gears in a transmission mounted on ball bearings, which are permanently grease-lubricated. To protect the motor from overload damage, it includes a manual reset overload protection feature. The chopper can be run in forward or reverse with a simple switch, making it convenient for handling feed problems. This model is essential for large-scale operations.
The meat chopper comes with several accessories for operation, including a stainless steel product tray, plastic food pusher, knife, 5/16" plate, ¼" plate, and stuffing tube (stuffing plate required, not included). It also has a 6-foot power cable, making it easy to integrate into most kitchens using 115v/60/1-ph power.
The chopper has non-slip rubber feet, a top-mounted handle with tray support, and a compact size with seamless construction. The gear box is permanently grease-lubricated and the transmission is direct gear-driven and mounted on ball bearings. The motor is powerful and high-torque, with manual reset overload protection.
Standard accessories include a knife, 1/4" plate, 5/16" plate, plastic food pusher, stainless steel product tray, and stuffing tube (requires a stuffing plate, not included). The chopper comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
