The countertop gas charbroiler is a heavy-duty appliance with adjustable cast iron grates and a 21-3/16" deep broiling grid. It features one variable hi/lo valve per burner and manual controls. The charbroiler also includes a crumb tray and reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3" wide sections. It is made with stainless steel front, sides, back, and a 3-1/2" front rail. The appliance has 4" adjustable legs and operates at 144,000 BTU. It is CSA and NSF certified.
 
 Standard features of the charbroiler include 4" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel front, sides, and back, a large capacity stainless steel crumb tray, and a 21-1/2" broiling grid depth. Each burner has a two-position hi/lo valve control, and the broiler grates can be adjusted to two positions or fixed in a nonadjustable position. The charbroiler also has a 4" deep stainless steel front rail with a 3-1/2" top work surface. The reversible cast iron broiler racks are divided into 3" wide sections with 1/8" and 3/16" brand marks. Each 6" of broiler width is equipped with one cast iron radiant over an 18,000 BTU stainless steel burner. The gas regulator is 3/4" NPT for models ranging from 24" to 60" wide, with a "T" gas manifold connection for rear or flush-mount gas connections. The GTBG72-NR72 model has a 1" NPT gas regulator and a "T" gas manifold connection for straight through or nearly flush-mount gas connections.
 
 Optional features for the charbroiler include a stainless steel spatter-guard, a broiler grate cleaning tool, a stainless steel stand with a solid top and holding shelves (with adjustable feet or casters), a removable wire holding shelf for spatter guards (available for 24" and 36" models), a set of reversible cast iron broiler racks with 4 brand marks per 3" section (with a 3/16" width), a stainless steel skirt for dais/counter surface mounting (reduces overall unit height by 1-3/4"), a fajita broiling grate (9" wide, replaces 3 standard grate sections on the left or right
