The countertop gas charbroiler is a heavy-duty appliance with a 24" width. It features ceramic briquettes and adjustable cast iron grates. The broiling grid has a depth of 21-3/16" and there is one variable hi/lo valve per burner. The controls are manual and there is a crumb tray for easy cleaning. The broiler racks are reversible and made of cast iron in 3" wide sections. The front, sides, back, and front rail are all made of stainless steel. The appliance has 4" adjustable legs and a 60,000 BTU output. It is CSA and NSF certified.
 
 Standard features include 4" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel front, sides, and back, a large capacity stainless steel crumb tray, ceramic briquettes, a 2-position adjustable broiler grate, and a 21-1/2" broiling grid depth. Each burner has a variable on/off valve control and there is one cast iron 30,000 BTU burner for every 12" of broiler width. The front rail is stainless steel and 4" deep overall with a 3-1/2" top work surface. The reversible cast iron broiler racks have 3" wide sections with brand marks. The appliance also includes a 3/4" NPT gas regulator with a "T" gas manifold connection.
 
 Optional features include a stainless steel spatter-guard, a broiler grate cleaning tool, a stainless steel stand with solid top holding shelves and adjustable feet or casters, a removable wire holding shelf for spatter guards (available for 24" and 36" models), a set of reversible cast iron broiler racks with brand marks, an SS skirt for dais/counter surface mounting, a removable stainless steel attachment condiment rail with universal food pan cut-outs, and a fajita broiling grate.
 
 The specifications of the appliance include adjustable broiling grates, four nominal imperial widths from 24" to 60", a height of 13", and a depth of 32". The reversible cast iron grates are in 3" wide sections and the overall cooking area depth is 21-1/2". There is one 30,000 BTU burner with individual valve control per 12" of broiler width. The appliance also includes a large stainless steel catch tray and stainless steel front, sides, and back.
