The U Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 24 inches. It features two open burners with a BTU of 32,000 each, as well as a 12-inch griddle with a smooth steel plate that is 5/8 inch thick. The range also includes cast iron top and ring grates. The oven is a space saver design and has three position rack guides. It comes with one oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, and two-piece back guard and shelf are all made of stainless steel.
