The GF Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 24" width. It features four 26,000 BTU open burners with cast iron top and ring grates. The burners have flame failure protection. The range also includes a space saver oven with three position rack guides and one oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low profile back guard are made of stainless steel. The range has 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 136,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF. The range also includes a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, and stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms. The range has spark ignition on all concealed burners and a stainless steel low profile back guard. The oven features a porcelain interior, a cast iron "H" style burner, a snap action modulating oven thermostat, and a nickel plated oven rack with a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The range also has a 4 1/4" wide grease trough, split cast iron ring grates, a keep-cool oven door handle, and a 32,000 BTU cast iron "H" style oven burner. Optional features include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, leveling swivel casters, a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless shelf, stainless steel stands with or without non-leveling casters, and a 12" plate hot top in lieu of two open burners. The range is 23 5/8" wide and 27" deep and has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail. It has 6" legs with adjustable feet and four Starfire-Pro 2 piece, 26,000 BTU cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. The range also has a porcelain oven interior with a ribbed oven bottom and door, a "keep cool" oven door handle, and a heavy cast iron "H" style oven burner. The oven is controlled by a snap action modulating oven thermostat. The range is available with a modular top in lieu of an oven base model.
