The Master Series Charbroiler is a gas-powered grill with a grill area measuring 17" W x 23" D. It features briquettes, flat/tilt grates, reversible grates, electric spark ignition, and a pilot valve with flame fail. The charbroiler has a storage base and is made with stainless steel front and sides (with stainless steel exposed sides on batteries). It stands on 6" legs and has a BTU rating of 45,000.
Standard features include a stainless steel front rail, 1-1/4" NPT front manifold, stainless steel front doors, stainless steel front and sides, 15,000 BTU burners, and a storage base interior made of aluminized steel. It also has 6" chromed steel adjustable legs, piezo spark ignition with constant burning pilots, and Sentry total flame failure protection for all burners. Electric spark ignition is available on all pilots for models with the suffix -E.
Optional features include a Dais base, stainless steel main back, gas regulator (3/4" or 1-1/4"), rear gas connection (3/4" NPT), end caps and cover (NC, specify), gas shut off valve (3/4", 1" or 1-1/4" NPT), 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, 230 volt, 50 cycle components for electric ignition (export), dual-sided steel diamond grate in lieu of cast iron grate, polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes, stainless steel backguard (10", 17" or 33"), and a gas flex hose & quick disconnect (3/4", 1" or 1-1/4" NPT x 5') with a restraining device (please specify size).
The charbroiler is equipped with heavy-duty rack sections that can be easily moved for flat or tilt position broiling. It has dual-sided cast iron broiler grates with a 1/2" rounded bar and a diamond pattern on the opposite side. The burners are controlled by individual Hi-Lo valves and have Sentry total flame failure protection.
