The Master Series Salamander Broiler is a gas-powered heavy-duty range match with a backriser. It features two 20,000 BTU infrared type burners with Hi-Lo valve controls. The broiler has a removable grease pan and is 34" wide. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, backsplash, and bottom with a heat shield. The broiler has a gas regulator and a 1/2" NPT top gas inlet. It also has a large capacity removable grease pan and a three-position spring-balanced rack assembly raising/lowering mechanism. The counter mount model (MIR-34C) has stainless steel front and sides and comes with 4" legs. The range mount model (MIR-34L) has stainless steel front, sides, top, backsplash, and bottom with a heat shield. Optional features include interconnecting gas piping for range-mount, brackets for wall mounting, and a stainless steel bottom with a heat shield. The broiler has a total of 40,000 BTU and can be used with natural or propane gas.
