The Master Series Convection Oven is a gas oven with a single deck and a deep depth of 43". It features a 2-speed fan, Master 200 solid state controls with a 1-hour timer, and electric ignition. The oven has dependent 60/40 doors with windows and a stainless steel front, sides, and top. The cavity is made of porcelain and has a cooking cavity height of 24". It comes with 6 chrome plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides and 25-1/2" legs. The oven has EnerLogic Technology and a 60,000 BTU rating. It is UL, cUL, and NSF certified.
 
 Standard features of the oven include natural or propane gas compatibility, a patented "Safety Door System," stainless steel construction, double deck models available, and deep depth models available. It has a direct spark ignition with 100% safety shutoff and a full-length stainless steel positive door closure. The oven also has a 2-speed fan control with a 3/4HP fan motor and a porcelain enameled oven interior with coved corners. It has a total loading of 60,000 BTU per oven cavity. The oven comes with a 2-year limited parts and 1-year labor warranty (USA only), a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty (USA & Canada only), and a 5-year limited door warranty (USA & Canada only). It also has a 2-year limited parts and labor warranty for USA Kindergarten to grade 12 schools. The oven has a 24" cooking cavity height with 6 chrome plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides. It features a 60/40 dependent door design with double pane thermal windows in both doors and interior lighting. The oven is equipped with a Master 200 Solid State Control with a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F and an electromechanical timer.
