The Garland MCO-E-25-C electric half-size double-deck convection oven is designed for fast-paced kitchens. It features two porcelain-enameled interiors and a stainless steel front, top, and sides, making it durable and suitable for tough kitchen conditions. The air-baffling system ensures even heat distribution for precise cooking. Each section of the oven is equipped with a double-pane thermal window, allowing for energy-efficient operation and easy monitoring of the cooking progress. The oven comes with five chrome-plated oven racks in each cavity, which can be adjusted on the nine rack guides to maximize productivity. The oven is powered by a 2-speed 1/3 hp convection fan motor and can maintain temperatures between 150°F to 500°F. The temperature can be adjusted using the Master 200 solid-state control with a one-hour timer. The oven is mounted on 4" stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet leveling leg inserts. It requires a 208 or 240-volt electrical connection with either single or three-phase power. The oven is cUL and NSF-certified and comes with a 2-year limited parts and 1-year labor warranty. Optional features include 7.5 kW elements, extra oven racks, cord and plug set, stainless steel main back, solid stainless steel door, stainless steel legs for double deck models, stainless steel equipment stand for single deck models, and swivel casters with front brakes. The oven measures 15.5" wide, 20" high, and 21.1" deep. It is UL, CUL, and NSF listed.
