The Garland countertop gas griddle is a heavy-duty appliance with a cooking surface measuring 47-1/4" W x 23" D. It features a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate and snap action thermostatic controls. The griddle also has piezo pilot igniters and a 4" deep front grease trough. The front, sides, and back of the griddle are made of stainless steel. It has 4" adjustable feet and a BTU rating of 112,000. The griddle is CSA and NSF certified. Standard features of the griddle include 4" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel front, sides, and back, a piezo pilot ignition system, and a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The griddle also has a 23" depth with a 4" wide grease trough. It comes with a stainless steel front rail that is 4" deep overall with a 3 1/2" top work surface. The griddle has one burner and control for every 12" linear width of the griddle surface. It also has a 3/4" NPT gas regulator with a "T" gas manifold connection for straight through rear or flushmount gas connections. Optional features of the griddle include a chrome griddle plate, a full or half-grooved griddle plate, a stainless steel stand with solid top holding shelves, adjustable feet, and casters, and a removable stainless steel attachment condiment rail with universal food pan cutouts. The griddle can also be ordered with a stainless steel skirt for dias/counter surface mounting. Electric spark ignition is available as an option, with a 120V 60 Hz, single-phase 1 amp power requirement. The Garland heavy-duty gas counter production griddles are designed to be matched with other models in the product line. They come in nominal imperial widths ranging from 24" to 72", with a height of 13" (with standard legs) and a depth of 32". The griddles feature an even heat "U" shaped steel track burner for every 12" of linear griddle surface width. Each burner is individually controlled with a hi-lo valve or thermostat temperature control. The burner input is 27,000 BTU/h on valve-controlled models and 28,000 BTU/h on thermostat-controlled models. Thermostat control models have on-off valves for each control. The
