The Designer Series Griddle is a countertop gas griddle with a 15" W x 18" D cooking surface. It features a 1/2" thick polished steel griddle with a 2-5/8" welded splash guard on the sides and rear of the plate. The griddle has a high/low valve control and piezo spark ignition, as well as flame failure protection. The front and sides of the griddle are made of stainless steel, and it has an internal grease drawer with a magnetic door. The griddle also has 4" adjustable legs and a gas input of 20,000 BTU. It is CE, CSA, and NSF certified.

The front and sides are made of stainless steel, and the cooking surface is 18" deep. The griddle is available with a hi-lo valve control and has a total input of 20,000, 40,000, or 60,000 BTU. It has a rear gas connection with a pressure regulator. The griddle is also available with a thermostat control and is equipped with flame failure protection for CE approved models. However, flame failure protection is not available on thermostat controlled models.
Optional features for the griddle include a stainless steel back and bottom. It can also be ordered with a fully grooved griddle or grooved sections. Stands are available for the griddle as well.
The gas designer series griddles come in three widths: 15", 24", and 36". They are designed to be free standing or banked with other GD series equipment. CE approved models are equipped with flame failure protection. However, flame failure protection is not available on thermostat controlled models. The gas input ratings shown are for installations up to 2,000 ft. above sea level. Altitudes over 2,000 ft. must be specified.
